For us to prepare for your trip we would like to receive the following information from you:
• A photo-copy of your Passport, it is required to apply for your tourist visa to Bhutan
and to make your flight ticket booking.
- For the visa to be processed by the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) the full
payment of your Bhutan tour package price has to be deposited. - Please note that your passport must have a validity of more than 6 months
from the date of your arrival in Bhutan. - Please make sure that your passport-copy shows the whole page and all the
information clearly. - Once you arrive at Paro International Airport, you will be required to show
your visa clearance letter.
- A clear copy of Bank Remittance (transfer letter) once the payment for your Bhutan tour and Air ticket fare has been transferred to our company account.
- Please Note that the payment for the tour and air tickets need to be
deposited as soon as you confirm the tour in order to prepare for the tour and
get visa approval. - When you transfer money to Bhutan, you will have to transfer the money in
USD through the Corresponding bank, Standard Chartered Bank Ltd, New
York. - Please note that you will have to provide the correct information given in the
document attached below (like Company name spelling, Account no, SWIFT
code, etc.) - If the details are not filled correctly, BHUTAN LHAYI ZEYDHAN TOURS AND
TRAVELS shall not be held liable for any refund. - The guest will have to bear all the charges while transferring the money.
- After the transfer of funds, it will take from 5-7 working days to reach our bank
in Bhutan.
- Please provide us with your current Address in order for us to provide the tour invoice.
Bhutan tour package total price per person
- For single occupancy: USD 3,920.00
- For Double occupancy: USD 3,560.00
Deposit Payment: To secure your participation, please pay the following deposit by 20th December 2020:
- For Single occupancy – $ 1960 (50% of total tour package price)
- For Double occupancy – $ 1780 (50% of total tour package price)
Remaining Balance Payment: To participate, please pay the remaining balance payment by 1st April 2021:
- For Single occupancy – $ 1960 (50% of total tour package price)
- For Double occupancy – $ 1780 (50% of total tour package price)
You are responsible for paying any bank transfer fees your bank charges in addition to the
above price. Please communicate this to your bank so they do not reduce the above
amounts during transfer.
You must send us a clear copy of the Bank Remittance once you have completed the
bank transfer of the down payment. If we do not receive the Bank Remittance, we
cannot verify receipt of payment with the bank and your participation in the tour will not
be secured.
To transfer money to Bhutan, the bank form must include some very specific information.
The information that must be included in the bank transfer form are detailed in the second
page. Be sure to fill in the complete details as per the attached Bank information, and
most importantly ensure that the “Correspondent Bank” details in New York and the
“Beneficiary Bank” details in Bhutan including their proper swift codes are on the form.
Some banks’ online transfer forms do not clearly provide space for all of the details that
are necessary to transfer money to Bhutan. We recommend that you go to the bank to
make the transfer so that they can assist you with the transfer form. If you have any
