Our Story

Bhutan Lhayi Zeydhan Tours and Travels (BLZ Tours & Travels) is a Bhutanese tour operating company founded in 2016 by two sisters, Tshering Yangzom and Sonam Choden. Their shared vision was simple yet deeply meaningful, to connect people from around the world with the living culture, spiritual depth, and gentle rhythm of life in Bhutan.

Growing up in a family rooted in Buddhist values and service, the sisters were inspired by the spiritual legacy of their uncle, His Eminence former Dorji Lopen Ngawang Tenzin. His teachings and example continue to guide the company’s values of integrity, humility, and mindful hospitality. BLZ Tours and Travels was created not only as a travel company, but as a bridge between cultures, hearts, and stories.
