Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through BLZ Bhutan Tours or our authorized partners. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and issue a confirmation letter.
Deposit Requirements
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply:
- 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee
- 30-59 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost
- 15-29 days before arrival: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided where possible.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Travel insurance is mandatory for trekking tours.
Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)
The SDF of USD 100 per person per night is a mandatory government fee for all international tourists. This fee is non-refundable once your visa has been processed.
