By booking a tour with BLZ Bhutan Tours, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Tour Operator Responsibility
BLZ Bhutan Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by these third parties.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date
- Provide accurate information for visa processing
- Follow the guidance of your tour guide at all times
- Respect local customs, traditions, and dress codes
- Maintain adequate physical fitness for your chosen itinerary
Health & Fitness
Bhutan involves travel at high altitudes. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a safety risk.
Photography & Filming
Photography is restricted in certain religious sites and during some ceremonies. Your guide will advise you accordingly. Drone usage requires special permits and must be arranged in advance.
Liability Limitations
BLZ Bhutan Tours shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injury or illness during the tour
- Delays or changes due to weather, strikes, or force majeure
- Actions of third-party service providers
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Thimphu, Bhutan.
