Day to Day Itinerary
Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by BLZ Team Members. After completing arrival formalities, drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city, enjoying scenic views of rivers, traditional villages, and mountains along the way. Check in to your hotel and take an evening stroll around Thimphu town.

After breakfast, explore Thimphu’s cultural and spiritual landmarks, including the Buddha Dordenma Statue, Memorial Chorten, National Institute for Zorig Chusum (Arts & Crafts School), and Tashichho Dzong. The rest of the day can be spent shopping or relaxing at your hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Gasa, a remote northern district known for its pristine landscapes. From Gasa, begin the trek to Laya Camp, passing through alpine meadows, rivers, and traditional Bhutanese villages. Experience the tranquility of Bhutan’s highlands as you reach your camp.
