Day to Day Itinerary
Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by BLZ Team Members. After completing arrival formalities, drive to your hotel in Paro Valley. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight and enjoy the serene surroundings of Paro town.
Accommodation: Overnight in Paro
After breakfast, drive to Thimphu Valley for sightseeing. Visit key attractions such as the Buddha Dordenma Statue, Memorial Chorten, and Tashichho Dzong. Take time to explore Thimphu town and local markets. After sightseeing, drive back to Paro in the evening.

After breakfast, explore the cultural highlights of Paro Valley. Begin with a visit to Drukgyal Dzong, the historic fortress built to commemorate Bhutan’s victory over Tibetan invaders. Continue to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan. Conclude the day with a visit to Dungtse Lhakhang, a unique chorten-shaped temple symbolizing Buddhist cosmology.

Early in the morning, begin the hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), Bhutan’s most iconic landmark perched dramatically on a cliff face. Enjoy breathtaking views along the trail and explore the sacred monastery. After descending, return to your hotel and relax for the evening.

In the early morning, attend the final and most sacred day of Paro Tshechu, where you will witness the unfurling of the giant Thongdrel (sacred appliqué) at Rinpung Dzong.
